Fish oil is a good alternative source of Omega-3 EFAs for those who do not or cannot eat sufficient fish. The enteric coating of Vitabase Super Omega-3 eliminates the odor and fishy aftertaste that often accompany fish oil supplements. For better absorption, the coating also allows the supplement to pass through the stomach to the intestines.
